About Michelle & Time4Change

I am a wife, a mother, and a woman whose understanding of transformation comes not only from professional education and training, but from lived experience.

My journey includes personal experience with the justice system and substance use—experiences that taught me firsthand how overwhelming, isolating, and difficult it can be to navigate systems while trying to rebuild your life. I understand what it feels like to search for stability, restore trust, and work toward a different future.

Recovery changed my life, but purpose gave that recovery direction.

Over the years, I transformed my lived experience into leadership and service. I pursued higher education in Human Services, earning my bachelor’s degree and completing my Master of Science in Human Services, while continuing to expand my work in behavioral health, justice-involved recovery services, workforce development, and peer leadership. I will also continue this journey through doctoral studies focused on advancing systems, leadership, and community impact.

As a CCAR Recovery Coach Professional (RCP), Registered Peer Supervisor, Certified Criminal Justice Professional, and behavioral health leader, I have worked across treatment, reentry, outreach, and community-based programs supporting individuals navigating recovery, mental health challenges, and major life transitions.

But Time4Change was created from something deeper than professional credentials alone.

It was built from the belief that lived experience is not a weakness—it is strength, credibility, and connection. It has the power to create understanding in ways that education alone cannot.

Time4Change exists to provide recovery coaching, peer support, supervision, and community education rooted in authenticity, empowerment, and real-world understanding. My goal is to create a space where individuals feel seen without judgment, where peers feel empowered, and where lasting change feels possible.

As a mother, I understand the importance of legacy and the impact our choices have on future generations. As a wife, I understand the value of partnership, support, and resilience. As a woman in recovery, I understand the courage it takes to begin again.

Time4Change is more than a business. It is a reflection of the second chances, healing, growth, and transformation I believe every person deserves.
