Recovery coaching is non-clinical and action-focused. Therapy addresses mental health diagnosis and clinical treatment, while coaching centers on goal setting, accountability, decision-making, and structured support. Coaching does not replace licensed mental health or medical services.

Recovery coaching is appropriate for adults and mature youth seeking structured support in areas such as sobriety, life transitions, justice-involved reentry, accountability development, wellness planning, or leadership growth.
